feat: use monaco editor for dns and routing

Background

This PR adds a new feature, use monaco editor for dns and routing text inputs, as shown above.

This is just a starting point, as it only supports basic functionalities for now (editing, code indent, render indent spaces, etc.), we will add more features in the future, like code highlighting and even code formatting.
