How to set up warning and error thresholds for freshness

You would construct two different freshness checks for the same asset, one with severity WARN and one with severity ERROR.

from dagster import build_last_update_freshness_check, AssetCheckSeverity
warn_check = build_last_update_freshness_check(..., severity=AssetCheckSeverity.WARN)
error_check = build_last_update_freshness_check(..., severity=AssetCheckSeverity.ERROR)
