apt-security

A set of programs to help you update only security packages for APT.

Requirements

• Debian or a Debian-based distro
• APT

Install

sudo ./installer

Usage

Both commands require superuser privileges.

/usr/bin/apt-security-sources Refreshes the packages list from /etc/apt/sources.list

/usr/bin/apt-get-security Does an upgrade of packages from the security repos
