实际上第一次安装的时候挺顺利，也并没有安装里面所提到的Visual Studio。

临时解决办法：老老实实安装VS：

1. 去页面下载VS：https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/zh-hans/downloads/

2.安装VS

3.选择安装的部分
