Apache o Nginx

Hi Diamor,

If you have time we should make sure we provide a a container with just Apache and Nginx WITH the CSP Gateway installed so that teh web-server container can be indipendent ;)

Ok, I'll do it later. Apache will be easy. But I have not used Nginx with Caché, yet, it will be a good practice for me.

I did an example for apache.
But for nginx, while InterSystems doesn't support dynamic modules, and we still have to compile nginx with csp module inside. It will be difficult to do it because it needed then publish some sources from InterSystems, which I can't, due to license restrictions.
