DAISY Online Working Group Face to Face Meeting

This page contains information about the DODP face to face meeting.

When?

Monday and Tuesday 2-3 March 2015. Just prior to the CSUN conference.

• Monday 9:30 am to 5 pm.
• Tuesday 9 am to 4 pm.

There will be a dinner on the Monday evening 7pm at Buster's, which just outside the rear of the hotel.

Where?

The meeting will be held in the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego, which is also the venue for the Conference. We will be meeting in the Cove meeting room, on the third floor of Harbor Tower (near the Kin Spa).

Agenda

An agenda will be circulated to attendees, and shaped on the days. This meeting is to:

• review and respond to feedback from the public review, making appropriate edits to the specification.
• conduct a detailed pass through the specification to make final edits.
• time permitting - develop guidance for implementing the specification.

FAQ:

Will I be able to join by phone or Skype?

Because the meeting will be running for two days it will not be practical for people to participate by phone for the duration, and it would be disruptive to the meeting if people connect and disconnect by phone or skype.
