man page may not match code, and code may not be complete

All the arguments are implemented, this is just a documentation issue. The parameters handled are at http://librdf.org/flickcurl/api/flickcurl-section-upload.html#flickcurl-upload-params

Turns out there was one parameter Flickr has added to uploading sometime that was not supported out of the ten parameters that were supported: 'hidden'. This is now added.
