fix problem with never ending openssl terminal session (infinite loop) add example server and generated root and selfsigned certificate
…localhost (for closer simulation to real world usage) move and extend basic test server to root folder and install necessary packages update example certs to support additional common/dns name
increase valid until amount to 5000 (almost 14 years)
increase the amount of valid days
