The notebook linked to by the README seems pretty out of date... An install/uninstall script, and/or instructions to create a specific "reveal" profile that inherits from default, would be best!

Just throw it in the nbextension folder

"it"? The livereveal folder? The contents of the livereveal folder?

use the custom.js

What should the path to custom.js be, and where in the file should the require statement go?

Sorry, maybe I am not clear enough... in IPyhon 2.0, you have a nbextension in your .ipython profile (if you don't have it, you can create one). In the case the custom.js has to point to the nbextension folder... and the require statement have to be in the custom.js file (in any of the profile you want the extension).

I did figure it out, but it's not super clear. I don't know of any clear place where IPython profiles are explained.

Yes, I have to write a better explanation and try some kind of automation...
