Feture request: Hide IPython stuff

Two things should be hidden when switch into "live reavel" mode:

1. The IPython toolbar. I assume it's there for the "exit from slides" button, but if there is another way to do that, it will be cool. Screen-space is expensive when showing slides.
2. Hide Cell Toolbar.

Personal note:
I just wrote 5 slides during the weekend and it's completely awesome!

Probably we can do some mode with the IPython toolbar, I will think about this :-)

Hide Cell Toolbar.

After setting the property of your cells as slides, subslides, etc, and before enter the live reveal mode, just put the cell toolbar in None and it will desappear...

Current master is hiding the toolbar and add an exit button, maximizing the screen space.
