From discussion on PR #65: it would be useful to have a feature where the slideshow can be started from the selected cell.

I'd really appreciate a strat from the selected cell as well. This would be in particular usefull for longer presentations with many slides.

I think we have to provide a config option for both policies... I see values on both of them...

Config for where the slideshow starts

Slideshows start at the beginning by default, but by setting a config
option, you can make them start at the slide containing the currently
selected cell.
