IllegalStateException parsing gherkin-languages.json when compiling test reports

I'm getting the following build failure as the reports are parsing.
Looks like it's specifically failing on my gherkin-languages.json file.

I see there are several related bugs that all link back to #316.

Specifically, gherkin-languages.json is being parsed when I run bundle install --path=./vendor/bundle in the build script. Is there any way to prevent this file from being parsed?
