I did not commit compiled .css files, I assume you can handle that if this is the right approach.

@damiengarbarino any chance you want to review and land this for 1.11? The main change here is just adding a CSS rule... the rest of it is just trailing whitespace removal.

Merged manually on master.
I didn't test thoroughly though but as the commit is simple it should be OK.
