How to Profile and Optimize Node.js CPU Performance

This repository contains code demonstrating CPU-bound performance issues in Node.js and strategies for fixing them.

Prerequisites

You must have Node.js and npm installed on your machine. This project was tested against the following versions:

• Node v20.9.0
• npm v10.1.0

Getting started

• Clone this repository to your computer.
• cd into the project folder and run npm install.
• Run npm start to launch the development server.
