Summary
Before this PR, the static host Netlify could not read local or Dropbox galleries. This PR allows a Dropbox token or localhost path to be stored on the browser's local storage for accessing private photos
Test plan
Yes added Formik validation unit test and fixed a Jest config to execute JSX filenames
