I noticed this after testing the latest deployment. I found a dead link for an artist, and so I added the hyphen in front. Then I went back to test removing the hyphen, which failed, as the link still showed up as dead after saving it. The only recourse I found to this situation is to completely remove the URL, save the artist, then add the URL back in without the hyphen and then save the artist again.

In addition to being unable to do this manually, I also noticed that this currently affects reversions. So if someone reverts an artist URL entry to a version where the links were still alive, then the dead links will still show up as dead in the artist entry. However, the artist version does get reset to the reverted version, which could potentially cause confusion or obfuscate as to when/how the dead links were actually set.
