Do we want to leave it this way, or go back to restricting only to Builder+? For myself, this seems like something that could be potentially abused, and once a wiki becomes renamed, it becomes difficult to find unless you know the wiki ID number.

Wiki names used to only be editable by Builder+ users, and that's what the user help wiki currently shows.

However, I just tested two different wikis on Testbooru, and they were both able to be renamed by a Member-level user.
