Metabolome Data Files contains the processed data used in this manuscript.
S19S_Map_Properties_ElGroups_Classes.R is an R script which will generate all of the maps present in the manuscript.
S19S_Metabolome_Analysis.R contains all of miscellaneous analyses performed throughout the manuscript (i.e., PCA, beta-diserpsion, etc.).
S19S_Transformation_Type_Comparison.R generates a comparison of transformation groups.
