问题：
1、控制台暂停任务之后，点击恢复，本次任务无法继续运行
2、控制台暂停任务之后，重设任务执行时间，也无法再次运行
原因：
AbstractElasticJob中的stop属性一旦被修改为true之后，没有在任务状态发生变化时，同步变化
