Occasional flaky "Could not find Dangerfile" #451

Even though the danger file is present, i occasionally see the "could not find danger file"

is there anyway to set ignoring if github API is being flaky?

Is this with the latest few commits? There's been a lot of work on retrying API calls when GitHub bails

this seems to have reduced with the newer version of peril that we are on now.
