This theme is ported from webfolio theme for Grav CMS. Its a simple portfolio website theme under 10 MB size.
Download the Pico cms from website and copy webfolio folder under the themes folder. Edit the config file and add theme name to webfolio. To add website content copy paste the index.md file in sample-content folder to content folder and modify the details.
