Pinetime App with anonymous DP3T tracking

• Built on top of RIOT, an open source embedded operating system
• Apache NimBLE as an open-source bluetooth 5.0 stack.
• LittlevGL for the user interface.
• Dyne's "Secret pangolin code" DP-3T embedded implementation
• wolfSSL's wolfCrypt as crypto engine

The system components are distributed with different licenses. In the current configuration, the software is released under the terms of AGPL v.3. See LICENSE for more details.
