This program is intended to provide political information to those invested in learning about the ongoing conflicts between Russia and Ukraine. 
Users are selected based off of their comment karma score on Reddit, and those who have the highest ratings are listed first. A seperate database application
exists which holds users with the most publicly acknowledged posts.
