Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The proxmox_virtual_environment_container resource currently has the ability to set the root disk storage location, but has no property for the disk size. Containers are therefore always created using the default disk size.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a size property added to the disk section, bringing it into line with the vm resource. Ideally it would handle disk resizing, but even an inital setup would be good for me.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternatives are simply to change the disk size in the Proxmox GUI, or via the configuration files.
