The
GIO_FONTXandPIO_FONTXioctl()s were removed earlier this year. Move to the crescent freshKDFONTOP, which among other things has dynamic width support. Plug detection of the Linux console throughinterrogate_terminfo()rather than relying onTERMthere. Closes #1726.
