This source code allows genomegaMap to be used as a standalone Docker and Singularity container. A pre-built image is available from https://hub.docker.com/r/dannywilson/genomegamap

Note if you want omegaMap, you need a different repository: https://github.com/danny-wilson/omegaMap/
