So users can set different optimisations

  • adaptive_mutation (true/false)
  • injection of half of fame (true/false)
  • stop iterations (true/false)

@BharatRajT Can you work on moving the logic of stop iterations and adaptive_mutation to GAEngine itself similar to how it is done for injection of half of fame?
So it will work for any Evolution a user gives.
