Added python environment support #6

Using a simple check to see if either conda or virtual environments are being used, the python environment name is added to the terminal prompt. A few extra instructions are needed to get it to work nicely (without the instructions and only the flag, the python environment can appears twice in the prompt), so it has to be explicitly activated by setting the flag true.

With the instructions this would solve #5 by providing an alternate means of seeing your environment. It also closes #2.
