When searching for brivla beginning on a vowel, with or without leading dot, such as {.irci} or {irci}, KzS doesn't retrieve any result.

Thanks. Apparently cmafi'e is the source of the problem:

$ ~/code/jbofihe/cmafihe <(echo mi .irci)
mi <KOhA3> [I, me] .irc <CMENE> [] i <I> [`.']

I'm looking into proper solutions; I'm interested in replacing cmafi'e with camxes-morphology, or both cmafi'e and jbofi'e with tersmu.
