I run your apps and get errors for main-es2015, polyfils-es2015, runtime-es2015

Failed to load module script: The server responded with a non-JavaScript MIME type of "text/html". Strict MIME type checking is enforced for module scripts per HTML spec.

Page display "Loading..." and footer

I ran command ng build and re-run apps and all works!
Please, add this option to readme
