A full rewrite in favor of convention over personalization. tcmount no longer manages a personal settings files, and all dependencies have been removed. Please read the readme (or use the previous release with npm i -g tcmount@0.1.0).

This release was broken, hence remove from npm. Use >-=1.1.1
