Describe the issue
When you browse the supported state store components it is unclear which support actors or not.

URL of the docs
https://v1-rc3.docs.dapr.io/operations/components/setup-state-store/supported-state-stores/

Expected content
A column with an Actors header would be more clear.

Screenshots
Do any of these support actors? What does transactional mean actually?

Add additional column to the supporte statestore table that
indicates direct support of ETag usage. Also specify that
transactional stores support actors.

This commit adds a walkthrough of how to work with ETags including
finding them and using them for updates and deletes.
