Adds simplified plate-mount-only switch footprints (thanks @dingyifei for contributing!)

This release brings the library more in line with the KiCad Library Convention for KiCad 5.

In particular, the silkscreen layer for each footprint now shows how the switches and sockets should be installed, the fab layer shows the recommended information for assembly, and the footprints are named more clearly to reflect which ones are for direct soldering a switch and which ones are for hotswap sockets.

This has been out on GitHub for a while but doesn’t follow the KiCad Library Conventions. I plan on revising this library to follow the guidelines more closely, so I’m just making this release as a point of reference so anyone already using the existing footprints can reference a version compatible with their project.
