This pull request sets up the ReadTheDocs documentation for the project. It includes changes to the docs/conf.py and docs/index.rst files.

Summary

• Updated docs/conf.py:

  • Modified the root path of the project to ../dspy/
  • Added the sphinx.ext.autosummary extension
  • Enabled autosummary_generate

• Updated docs/index.rst:

  • Added language_models_client and dspy.teleprompt.bootstrap to the list of sections
