- Add `<meta name="darkreader-lock">` to look for and if available remove Dark Reader.
- Resolves #4325
- Resolves #4330

I really wish this were added to Dark Reader for Safari; in the meantime, it seems a workaround is <meta name="darkreader" content="foo">.

Love this ! 🖤 I will make my website dark only, had this lock meta and even go as far as to add a fake light-theme button that outcast fools into oblivion to be forever shamed.
