This theme requires plymouth-plugin-script. Please install it first with pkcon (works in any distro) yum (CentOS7/RHEL7), dnf (Fedora) or apt-get (Debian, Devuan, Ubuntu, Linuxmint, etc.).
pkcon install plymouth-plugin-script
Next download and install theme.
