In the tone equalizer (which has the same graph/node interface as color equalizer) you can hover the mouse anywhere on the graph (above/below the nodes) and click+drag to move the nodes.

In the color equalizer you have to directly and precisely click on the node itself to move it. Could we make the two interfaces more consistent (ideally make the color equalizer the same as the tone equalizer)?

As an aside, if we do keep the existing interaction method, note that the node does not stay under the mouse cursor as it is dragged down (at least for me). The further the node is pulled from the default position, the further away from it the mouse pointer is. Seems fine when dragging the node up:
