Peak focus inconsistent with scale

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Focus peaking shows different with different scaling. Most pictures exhibit different marked pattern in different scales, which does not help checking focus.

Probably calculate gradient of full resolution image, then scale heatmap.
