• Repro steps:

• Create new idea empty project in the folder: idea-base-directory, name it Snyk-Test so for e.g., will endup in creating .idea folder under snyk-plugin-test\idea-base-directory\Snyk-Test
• Now go to File -> New -> Module from existing sources and add the folder Base-A

Run snyk
