Do all the sprites need to be loaded packed as a single sprite? Or is there an option to load sequential jpg's?

All the lib does is change the background position property on an element. It assumes one image with all sprites inside it.

Thanks:
i’m designing a mapping of a city with a central focal point of new architecture. The user explores the area while scrolling to navigate around the new building.
I’ve rendered the building 1920x1080, so the 90 frames to load might be too much in one sprite.
Again, I’m a designer and 3D animator and I’m really just looking for a solution that will be easy to implement for a developer.

Motio definitely isn't a good tool for what you're describing.
