Unable to break on breakpoint in library loaded by spawnUri

Clone the repo.
Open in Editor.
Set breakpoint on line 8 of worker.dart
Right click on web/worker_test.html
Select "Run in Dartium"

Expected: breakpoint triggered on line 8

Actual: no breakpoint, app continues to run

I only see the main isolate in the debugger.
