various updates to the bin/deps.dart tool to make it work better for discovering dependents of a package (if we published a new major version of foo, what might break or need updating?)
update the readme to mention both tools (the api usage too and the deps tool)
rename the entrypoint of the usage tool for consistently w/ the deps one
add sample output of the deps tool
