iOS: Dasher 3->5. Project and issue queue to be created

To identify what we need for Dasher on iOS working as well as windows we need to create a detailed issue queue for a dev to work through. If we have this we can figure out costs etc.. So to-do:

• Go through commits from:
  • v4: Supports any unicode alphabet. Includes Asian language support, button modes, game mode, automatic speed control.(basically someone needs to go through these: https://github.com/dasher-project/dasher/releases?after=DASHER_4_3_1 - and match the changes as much as possible)
  • v5: similarly changes seen: https://github.com/dasher-project/dasher/releases
• On each item create issues - or a one issue for each version with a list of to-do items..
