Issue being fixed or feature implemented

To monitor platform genesis, we need to have a tool that will tell us how many evo nodes are updated to platform 1.1.

What was done?

Implemented a script that checks if grpc endpoint added in v1.1 exists.
It connects to all evo nodes with open port (as returned by mnowatch.org) and sends grpc request to each of them.

How Has This Been Tested?

Locally, by running the script.
