Issue being fixed or feature implemented

What was done?

  1. Updated documentation
  2. Removed sudo and fixed default install location
  3. Disabled Python bindings in BLS
  4. Updated Dockerfiles to remove Python dependency

How Has This Been Tested?

In local Ubuntu VM
