Code used to predict delirium in critically ill patients. A data set from Alberta, Canada was used for modelling, this data set is not publicly available.

OBS: This code was used on a specific computing cluster at the University of Calgary called MARC. It needs to be modified to run in a different computing environment.

model.zip contains the trained best performing model with a GRU.
