The Welcome bot doesn't work on this repo.

It does work on this repo:
https://github.com/data-umbrella/event-transcripts/blob/main/.github/config.yml

I wonder if hosting it on Netlify somehow interferes with its ability to work.

I needed to install the bot on the repo.
