About the Speaker

Estela Baca is a Splunk Sales Engineer based out of Nevada. She has a B.A in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. Her latest educational accomplishments include becoming Splunk certified at different levels including Splunk Architect and Splunk Enterprise Security Administrator. She found her career passion in technology because it is ever-changing, it is capable of bringing to life the unimaginable and it is shaping the way humans find practical solutions to daily challenges. She is passionate about giving back to the community, supporting DEI initiatives as a Co-Lead of Splunk ERG-Somos, participating in mentorship programs, and actively volunteering to assist in University Recruiting events. Estela is currently an active member of the Women Tech Makers Ambassador and Google Developers Group. During her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, and free writing. Her favourite phrase is: “Action conquers fear.”
