@reshamas . Thank you. I am working on it! I am not sure of how to generate the images from YouTube. Did you screenshot it? Here is an example in markdown <img src="images/emily_robinson_career/erc_main.png" width="90%" /></a>. This is from the example your referenced

yes, regarding screenshot. But, you really don't need to add screenshots here. The text is fine.
