Let's use Resource Discovery as a guide for the other cores in configuring rich current content

scan Github core repo for content
scan GDrive folders for content
pull labs content 'up' into Drupal
configure scheme for to-be-current phase 3 projects vs. prior phases
edit content for overall consistency and non-redundancy

I've got all of the pieces for a next gen core presence on test for RD. Likely needs editing given most of it was cut and paste
